Service Description

Yoga is not just about the physical workout, but has more to offer as a work in. Employees who take care of themselves at the physical and mental levels are more productive and happy. I offer my services for a 45-60 mins gentle flow class and include 10 mins Guided meditation to bring harmony to mind and body. I am available for on-site Classes and virtual classes on Zoom.
